3 AA Rosettes for The Horn of Plenty Hotel in Devon

The Horn of Plenty Hotel near Tavistock has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. It is one of only a dozen destinations in Devon and Cornwall to achieve the accolade.  

The luxury manor house adds the 3 AA Rosette award to an impressive list of regional and national achievements in recent years. Last year The Horn of Plenty won “Best Small Hotel” in the Devon Tourism Awards, and runner up in the 2021 South West awards.

The Horn of Plenty is an independently owned 4 star hotel with 16 bedrooms and a 40 cover restaurant.   

Signature dishes include hand-picked Brixham crab, lemon gel, crab bisque, followed by pan roasted halibut with mussels, sea vegetables, broccoli and a white wine sauce. For dessert, try Ashley’s chocolate & passionfruit mousse, hazelnut monte, mango & passionfruit sorbet.
