We've finalised the dates for our 2008 cookery courses so come and treat yourself and find out why Waitrose Food Illustrated magazine put our cookery courses amongst the top 25 in the world. The courses also make an excellent gift for the creative gourmet in your life.

Join me as I teach the methods and techniques needed to create a delicious and impressive three course meal – which you can recreate time and again at home and which you also get to enjoy at the end of the course along with a glass of wine. You'll learn lots of tips and tricks to give the dishes you create at home that professional touch.

The day begins at 9.30 with morning coffee where I join you to talk about the day ahead, then you can relax and watch me do all the work – you don't even need to get your hands dirty. The course lasts around three hours and is followed by lunch. You'll also get the chance to speak to me before you leave to ask any questions.

The cost is only £65 per person and includes morning coffee, a detailed recipe pack as well as lunch with wine and coffee.

We also offer special discounted accommodation and dinner rates if you wish to stay at The Horn of Plenty.
