“Best Wedding Venue in Devon”, West Country Wedding Awards 2013

We are absolutely thrilled to have picked up the prestigious award of “Best Wedding Venue in Devon” in the 2013 West Country Wedding Awards.

Points are awarded entirely on the votes and feedback from our lovely brides and grooms.  Many thanks to everyone who voted for us!

This is the first time we’ve entered these awards, and we’re extremely proud

The West Country Wedding Awards are regarded as the only wedding awards that really count in the South West of England. 

 

‘Best Fine Dining Restaurant’, Food and Drink Devon 2012

We have also been awarded ‘Best Fine Dining Restaurant’ by Food and Drink Devon.

We’re absolutely thrilled and it’s wonderful recognition for the whole team who work so hard to deliver fantastic food and wonderful service.

The Food and Drink Devon judges, who saw 74 businesses enter and 192 products blind tasted, praised the Horn of Plenty, saying the food was ‘fantastic and the service welcoming and attentive’.

Michael Smith, Chairman of Food and Drink Devon, commented: “We’re delighted to host our first ever independent Food and Drink Devon Awards to celebrate Devon’s wonderful produce and have been truly overwhelmed by the standard of entries”.

Food and Drink Devon represents a membership of like minded businesses who are dedicated and passionate about providing quality, local food and drink in Devon.

 

Success at the Devon Tourism Awards

We also picked up bronze awards for both ‘Devon Hotel of the Year’ and ‘Taste of Devon’ at the Devon Tourism Awards  in November 2012!    Some more great news for the team, and we were absolutely delighted.
